      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively source and recruit candidates through various channels
      - Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates
      - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
      - Represent the employer as an employer of choice
      - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field preferred
      - 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, healthcare focus preferred
      - Strong sourcing and networking skills
      - Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
      - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Lever & ADP WFN ATS
      - Previous experience in mission-driven work

      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
