What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open positions in Home Health, Hospice, and Therapy companies
- Develop unique screening and interview questions tailored to each position
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain ongoing communication regarding status throughout the recruiting process
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure the recruitment of the best talent
- Track candidate information and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and applicable experience
- 2-3 years of progressive recruiting/sourcing experience for roles requiring licensure
- Experience in Home Care, Home Health Care, or Hospice preferred
- Proficiency in using a variety of recruitment tools and an Applicant Tracking System
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of management and employees
