      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, recruit, screen, and place potential employees in various positions across the organization
      - Source candidates through online job boards, social media, and referrals
      - Coordinate internal job postings and manage the referral process for existing employees
      - Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate qualifications
      - Prepare offer letters and provide candidates with information about job responsibilities and benefits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of three years' experience in sourcing and recruiting talent or in an HR department
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms
      - Ability to travel as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
      - SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification
      - SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential
      - Knowledge of cloud-based applicant tracking systems
