      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with recruitment leads to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies
      - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
      - Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability
      - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
      - Manage candidate communications and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities
      - Eagerness to conduct candidate screenings via telephone
      - Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
      - Ability to meet tight deadlines with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in recruiting or human resources
      - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
      - Previous exposure to federal contracting or government projects
      - Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
