      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source, screen, interview, and select applicants to fill job openings
      - Assist applicants, employees, and management with staffing and recruitment inquiries
      - Develop and implement cost-effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with client leadership
      - Ensure compliance with state and federal laws regarding hiring practices and employee relations
      - Represent the hospital in the local community and maintain confidentiality in all recruitment processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Human Resources preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience strongly preferred
      - Knowledge of applicant tracking software required
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
      - Ability to work with HRIS and other HR systems effectively

      - Experience in a healthcare-related recruitment role
      - Familiarity with the local job market and community resources
      - Strong networking skills within the healthcare industry
