What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source, screen, interview, and select applicants for job openings
- Assist applicants, employees, and management with staffing and recruitment inquiries
- Develop and implement cost-effective recruitment strategies for entry and mid-level positions
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws regarding hiring practices and employee relations
- Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required; degree in Human Resources preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of applicant tracking software required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
- Ability to work with HRIS and other HR systems
