      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build strong external networks in the US & Canada to drive talent to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
      - Utilize recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases and internet sourcing tools
      - Conduct research to create innovative sourcing strategies for talent acquisition
      - Convey competitive intelligence and trends to hiring managers and stakeholders
      - Monitor individual performance through data and metrics to track candidates in the sourcing process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of three (3) years of talent acquisition experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in building and deploying diverse external talent sourcing strategies
      - Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
      - Familiarity with ATS recruiting systems
