What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for regional professional positions, including managerial, administrative, and mechanic-related roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews, evaluating qualifications and cultural fit
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain communication throughout the recruiting process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in aviation, transportation, logistics, or related industries
- Proven experience in hiring for salaried, managerial, and administrative roles
- Strong understanding of recruiting strategies and talent sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Corporate recruiting experience is a plus
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Ability to travel regionally as needed (approximately 10-15% of the time)
