What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide recruiting administration and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Develop sourcing and networking strategies for all hiring managers
- Open and post new job requisitions on company and external job boards
- Schedule interviews and make travel arrangements for candidates
- Greet and escort candidates for interviews
- Process background checks, employment authorization, and offer letters
- Maintain reports on recruitment activities
- Provide phone and email support to prospective associates and hiring managers
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Maintain accurate records of TA processes, policies, and procedures
- Assist with new store openings and other business needs
- Act as a company ambassador and advocate for potential candidates and associates
- Drive process improvements in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
- Participate in cross-functional projects with the Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and HFT teams
- Promote the company culture, benefits, and opportunities to potential candidates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (2+ years preferred)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using recruiting software and job boards
- Ability to work in a demanding and rapidly changing business environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in retail or the hypermarkets industry
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Certification in talent acquisition or recruitment
