What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a variety of recruiting methods to maximize candidate sourcing
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process and cultural fit
- Manage the interview process, including phone screenings, interviews, and feedback coordination
- Create and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Analyze labor market trends to recommend effective recruiting strategies for the business

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and social media recruiting techniques
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly in calendar and scheduling functions
- Experience in recruiting across various disciplines including Sales, Administrative, and Operations
- Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with BambooHR or similar ATS platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
