What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate a streamlined hiring process by efficiently distributing job requisitions
- Track and update candidate statuses in the ATS systems ensuring timely feedback is received by the candidate
- Foster positive relationships and effective communication between internal teams and hiring managers
- Coordinate logistics for interviews, hiring events, and job fairs
- Assist with implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 4 – 5 years of previous experience in talent acquisition or administrative roles
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the homebuilding or real estate industry is a plus
- Experience in the construction industry
- SHRM certification
