      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
      - Assist in the creation and facilitation of offer letters while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
      - Initiate and facilitate background checks to ensure clarity and support for candidates
      - Source candidates to identify and engage top talent for recruitment needs
      - Lead and participate in talent acquisition-related continuous improvement projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of one year of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR performing hiring activities
      - Experience effectively interacting with all levels of an organization, from entry-level to executive teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
      - Previous experience with ATS, background vendor, and/or CRM
      - Familiarity with using an ATS to manage requisitions, candidates, and data insights
