What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive experience
- Facilitate background checks for candidates, providing clarity and support throughout the process
- Source candidates as needed to identify and engage top talent for various roles
- Maintain proper documentation and processes throughout the hiring process
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to Talent Acquisition
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR, focusing on hiring activities
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization, from entry-level to executive
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing recruiting processes
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and background check vendor
- Familiarity with managing requisitions, candidates, and data insights through an ATS
- Previous experience in roles involving high-touch interaction with candidates
- Knowledge of talent communities and engagement strategies
