- Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers and candidates, improving outcomes and delivering a positive candidate experience, while building strong relationships with both peers and clients.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for technical roles, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create accurate requisitions.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, leveraging various online platforms and recruitment tools.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external sourcing partners to achieve optimal hiring outcomes.
- Represent the company's brand, promoting a positive image to candidates and external service providers.
- Pre-screen resumes and evaluate the effectiveness of candidate evaluation tools to streamline the hiring process.
- Negotiate and support hiring managers in developing competitive compensation packages and job offers.
- Conduct background checks as required for prospective employees.
- Collaborate with agencies, contractors, and online representatives to manage employment advertising campaigns.
- Support and contribute to college recruiting, affirmative action, and career development programs.
- Proven experience in managing candidate pipelines and recruitment processes.
- Strong consultative approach, with the ability to improve outcomes and foster a positive candidate experience.
- Experience sourcing and attracting qualified technical candidates.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related discipline and six or more years of progressive professional experience in a Human Resources department. May substitute a certificate in human resources from a recognized organization and/or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of human resource principles, theories and concepts and a complete and thorough knowledge of practices, techniques, and standards.
- Prior corporate talent acquisition or HR experience is preferred.
- Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them in an evolving environment while contributing to the development of new processes.
