What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with hiring managers to define candidate qualifications and streamline the hiring process
- Administer the recruiting process, including job postings, screening candidates, and extending offers
- Maintain relationships with colleges and universities to develop a talent pipeline
- Evaluate candidates through resume and phone screenings to present highly qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Stay updated on technology trends to anticipate hiring needs and source relevant talent
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum three years of corporate or agency recruitment experience in IT/technology-related positions
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong detail orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative cloud-based programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum four years of experience in recruitment for IT/technology positions
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness in customer service interactions
