      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) to enhance recruitment efficiency
      - Create and deliver reports and dashboards for talent acquisition performance insights
      - Provide training and ongoing support for system users, including hiring managers and recruiters
      - Oversee vendor accounts related to talent acquisition, ensuring compliance and value
      - Conduct regular system audits and maintain data accuracy to meet compliance standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, information systems, or a related field preferred
      - Minimum of four (4+) years of experience in ATS or HR systems administration, with expertise in iCIMS required
      - Proven ability to configure and optimize ATS workflows and manage system integrations
      - Experience in data analysis, reporting, and creating dashboards using tools like Tableau or Excel
      - Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with compliance requirements and data privacy regulations in talent acquisition and HR systems
      - Experience managing talent acquisition vendor accounts and working directly with external partners
      - Strong analytical skills with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
