What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with corporate HR PMO stakeholders to design global HR project management processes and governance structures
- Equip stakeholders with project management methodologies and tools for effective functional project management
- Develop integrated project planning strategies and work plans for key HR initiatives
- Partner with offshore HR project managers to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Measure, monitor, and report on project activities, milestones, and issues/risks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business, or related field; advanced degree and/or PMP Certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Project Management, or Management Consulting
- Subject Matter Expertise in Human Resources business processes and practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for a global employee population
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite and Smartsheet
