      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and understand staffing requirements
      - Source, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications for open positions
      - Build a network of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, local events, and referrals
      - Manage high-volume requisitions and maintain candidate pipelines
      - Conduct interviews and present offer packages while providing regular communication and feedback to candidates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of full-life cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a contact center or high-volume setting
      - Bachelor's degree or 4 years of additional relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
      - Strong initiative and ability to influence results in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent communication, relationship management, analytical, and critical thinking skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while multitasking effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
      - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) for requisition management and applicant dispositioning
      - Bilingual in Spanish
