      Talent Attraction Specialist

      Purpose

      Find & attract the best talent for the company staffing needs while ensuring the best candidate experience.

      Main Responsibilities

      • Managing the full-cycle recruiting process in our applicant tracking system (ATS): candidates screening, scheduling assessments & interviews, process new hire paperwork & coordinate onboarding.
      • Partnering with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to develop a recruitment strategy and talent pipeline for each position.
      • Ensures the preparation of reports or analysis requested by the line managers or HR managers, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis.
      • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.

      Requirements:

      • 7+ years of recruiting experience in the manufacturing or O&G industry (could be of agency and in-house)
      • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors
      • Expertise in job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, others)
      • Bachelors degree desired (HR management, Business or related field)
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
      • A demonstrated ability to build a talent pipeline, meet deadlines, and exceed goals
      • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
      • Impeccable time management skills and an ability to self-direct
      • Outstanding time management skills
      • Be eager to own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to the final offer.
      • Familiar with recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of the process and identify areas for improvement
