      Job Description:
      Assists with the development of enterprise wide or LOB specific talent development and organizational design/effectiveness solutions. Will work with the business and/or Global Talent client team to develop and implement solutions. Assists in the identification of opportunities, strategies and solutions that are directly linked to organizational and business goals. Establishes and maintains partnerships with Global Talent colleagues, GHR, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and vendors to identify and drive performance improvement. Responsible for providing consultative support to assist with the design, development and implementation of talent development services supporting multiple priorities and initiatives with significant impact on customer and financial results. Responsible for ensuring integration with local, regional, and national business partners to drive successful execution of talent development solutions. Individual contributor role.

      The Enterprise Talent Management (ETM) team manages and delivers core senior-level processes for the company, including CEO talent planning and performance management for our management team. The team also helps enable Global Talent priorities in senior level talent routines and Board of Director talent updates.


      The Talent Consultant I is part of the ETM team within Global Talent and is primarily responsible for maintaining senior level talent data and preparing materials for enterprise talent processes and routines.

      As a member of the ETM team, you will have the unique opportunity to:

      • Partner with teammates to review, deliver and analyze CEO Talent Planning efforts across all lines of business and support functions

      • Support performance management processes for the management team (CEO and CEO DRs), in preparation for year-end board of directors’ activities

      • Contribute to additional analyses, deliverables and ad-hoc requests that may be required to support additional activities and can be shared with the Global Head of Talent and/or the Board of Directors and/or the CHRO and CEO

      Key Responsibilities also include:

      • Support and prepare enterprise talent-related deliverables, including maintenance of org charts, talent movement trackers, management list refreshes, and talent analytics

      • Measure and track progress for key talent metrics, as assigned

      • Support process timelines, templates, and deliverables

      • Support development of content for special projects, as needed

      • Develop, maintain, and present resources and content to support CEO talent management and act as a key resource for LOB and regional stakeholders

      • Partner with Global Talent teammates on strategic ad hoc projects

      Required Qualifications:

      • Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience within Human Resources with exposure to talent management

      • MUST execute with a strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering a high quality and executive-ready work product in a timely manner by demonstrating right level of urgency

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills

      • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

      • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and stakeholders

      • Strong skills in data reporting, preparing presentations and a strong data analysis skillset

      • Strong Excel (experience with VLOOKUP's, pivot tables) and PowerPoint

      • Demonstrate initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for talent management

      • Strong team player willing to step up and go above and beyond for the team and our objectives, when needed

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Prior work with enterprise data and effective ly tell the story data
