      Talent Coordinator - Buying & Merchandising

      We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to assist with attracting and selecting exceptional people who want to be a part of our Harrods story, specifically covering our Buying & Merchandising functions.

      About the Role

      As a Harrods Talent Coordinator you will provide a great candidate experience to all candidates interviewing and applying to Harrods, assessing and selecting the best talent for our Buying & Merchandising division.

      You will act as a candidate experience ambassador ensuring a positive experience at all touch points through the Harrods recruitment process, from CV shortlisting, arranging bulk level recruitment events, and managing hiring manager calendars and schedules.

      As part of the Resourcing team you will also:

      • Provide an outstanding experience for internal and external candidates.
      • Work together with the Resourcing Partner to screen and source candidates.
      • Manage candidate communication and providing a clear application status for all candidates and Resourcing Partners.
      • Create and manage exciting job adverts ensuring all roles are advertised in Workday and relevant channels.
      • Track and monitor all internal and external interview outcomes.
      • Co-ordinate recruitment activities to support business initiatives.
      • Assist with the coordination and preparation of Harrods Assessment Centres.
      • Assist with event coordination and marketing activities

      About You

      You will have recruitment experience, either in an in-house role or agency. With exceptional organisational, administrative and communication skills, you will enjoy speaking to candidates and stakeholders on a daily basis.

      You will be able to work at pace to deliver to key milestones within the recruitment lifecycle. Pioneering our initiatives, delivering constructive feedback and identifying talent in the external market: you will have a true passion for people and be solution orientated.

      In addition to this we are also looking for the following qualities :

      • Experience in working in a fast paced environments
      • Exceptional multi-tasking and attention to detail
      • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
      • Excellent time management & admin skills
      • An open and honest communication style
