What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct training and educational activities for professional and vocational development
- Utilize evaluation tools to assess training results and make recommendations
- Provide written or verbal feedback to participants and supervisors
- Maintain, revise, and enhance training programs and materials
- Deliver training at various Peckham locations as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience delivering training to adults in a business or educational setting
- Strong ability to work with diverse learning and communication styles
- Understanding of adult learning theory, curriculum design, and training
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Education, Business, or a related field
- Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring individuals with disabilities
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, or MS Windows
- Experience with Workday, SharePoint, or Cornerstone LMS
- Experience in creating training materials and assessments
