What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct training and educational activities for professional/vocational development, including preparing materials and administering assessments
- Use evaluation tools to assess training results and recommend further learning activities
- Provide feedback directly to participants and supervisors
- Maintain and enhance training programs as directed, assisting in material development
- Supervise and mentor team members during training sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience delivering training to adults in a business or educational format
- Strong ability to work with various learning and communication styles
- Understanding of adult learning theory, curriculum design, and training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Education, Business, or a related field
- Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring individuals with disabilities
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, and/or relevant MS Windows certification
- ESL Certification desired but not required
- Experience using Workday, SharePoint, or Cornerstone LMS
