What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage registration and reporting for all learning and development activities using the firm's Learning Management System (LMS)
- Coordinate and arrange training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and communication with attendees
- Monitor and track continuing education and licensure status to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Conduct needs assessments with leaders to determine training needs and develop tailored training programs
- Gather feedback from training sessions to evaluate effectiveness and make improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience in training and development initiatives
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Experience using e-learning course authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, and Lectora
- Proactive and self-starting attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
