      Talent Management Specialist - Empower the Future of Travel with Blockskye

      Blockskye is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to support our efforts in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. This role will focus on full-cycle recruitment, talent development, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives that align with our company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a culture of growth, ensuring employees have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

      Responsibilities:

      Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
      • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
      • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels.
      • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
      • Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.) to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
      • Coordinate and manage interview schedules, candidate communications, and offer negotiations.
      • Enhance employer branding efforts by promoting Blockskye as an employer of choice.

      Talent Development & Employee Growth:
      • Design and implement talent development programs, including leadership training, skills development, and career progression initiatives.
      • Partner with managers to identify employee development needs and recommend appropriate training opportunities.
      • Oversee mentorship and coaching programs to enhance employee growth and career advancement.

      Performance Management:
      • Manage and facilitate the performance management process, including feedback cycles and performance evaluations.
      • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement strategies and best practices.
      • Monitor performance trends and recommend enhancements to ensure a culture of continuous improvement.

      Succession Planning & Workforce Planning:
      • Assist in developing and implementing succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity.
      • Collaborate with leadership to identify key talent and create individualized career development plans.
      • Support workforce planning efforts by analyzing current talent gaps and future organizational needs.

      Employee Engagement & Retention:
      • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and job satisfaction.
      • Analyze employee engagement survey results and recommend action plans to improve retention and morale.
      • Lead initiatives to recognize and reward high-performing employees.

      HR Analytics & Reporting:
      • Track and analyze key talent metrics such as employee turnover, retention rates, hiring trends, and engagement levels.
      • Provide reports and insights to leadership on talent trends and effectiveness of talent management programs.
      • Leverage data to continuously improve talent acquisition and management strategies.

      Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
      • Support DEI initiatives by integrating inclusive practices into recruitment, talent development, and management programs.
      • Partner with HR and leadership to promote an equitable and diverse workplace.


      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
      • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent management, HR, learning & development, or a similar role.
      • Knowledge of DEI principles and their application in talent acquisition and management.
      • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, performance management, employee development, or succession planning preferred.
      • Strong understanding of talent acquisition and development strategies.
      • Exceptional oral and written communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
      • Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
      • Strong organizational and project management skills.
      • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
      • Strong problem solving, decision making and time management skills
      • Ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
      • Solid analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
      • Team player with a proactive approach to collaboration and knowledge sharing
      • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.

      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Certification in HR, recruiting, or talent management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
      • Experience in the Corporate Travel Industry a plus.
      • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
