- Create tactical plans for omnichannel talent marketing campaigns, and you are partnering with other teams to finalize and implement those campaigns.
- Identify new channels and marketing tools to expand our reach.
- Present specialist knowledge in an understandable and engaging manner with the objective to increase the Dow brand awareness.
- Function as key contact between Dow Recruiters, Public Affairs, Sourcing and External Vendors. And you are a valuable advisor and subject matter expert for Talent Marketing topics.
- Identify and drive Talent Marketing opportunities for (future) improvements.
- Understanding the Talent Marketing needs and meeting those expectations by applying the right actions in line with the Talent Marketing Strategy.
- Creates content and manages editorial calendar to ensure continuous and optimized presence on corporate website, social media platforms, etc.
- Selects appropriate digital channels to maximize content delivery and leads engagement activities for the targeted outreach.
- Analyzes, reviews and reports on effectiveness of campaigns and uncovers audience behaviors to maximize results for digital talent attraction campaigns.
- Educates and coaches recruiters on ways to use digital channels specific to persona to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Understands trending keywords used in search engines per functions and businesses to recommend best job descriptions.
- Take the lead in the Talent Marketing Actions and proactively provide solutions and the best approach to brand Dow and to attract candidates.
- Focus on return-on-investment, data reporting and accountable for cost calculation, and related tracking, allocation, and budget approvals.
- Developing posting Campaigns and tracking the effect of the diverse digital media platforms.
- Support in and advise for several Dow specific recruiting projects such as University In-house days, assessment centers, campus events etc.
- Focus on effective and consistent branding in alignment with the Dow Public affairs department.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Fluency in English, fluency in a second other language is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the Talent Marketing space
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with HR Recruitment Platforms such as LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Experience in setting up digital campaigns in Social Media Ads Manager Tools (e.g. LinkedIn/Meta), Google Adwords and Social Media Management Solutions Tools (e.g. Sprinklr).
- Ability to build relationships with clients through expertise and consultation.
- Great interpersonal effectiveness skills, including presentation, negotiation, and effective two-way communication.
- Proficiency in English is required. Spanish, German, Dutch and/or French language skills (B2 written and spoken) are beneficial!
- Skills & expertise in MS Office. Prior experience with Workday is nice to have.

About you and this role
We have a great opportunity for a Talent Marketing Specialist in Terneuzen, The Netherlands.
In this role you are responsible to develop, implement and execute the Talent Marketing strategy for the EMEAI region to support the regional hiring needs. You’re contributing to the Talent Marketing actions within the Talent Acquisition funnel to brand Dow as an employer of choice and attract top talents to apply at our company. You are key in identifying the different behaviours, values, and motivations of our target audiences. And you know how to translate company goals and candidate attributes into attractive effective talent marketing campaigns. As a Talent Marketing Specialist, you present your knowledge and insights in an understandable and engaging manner. You act as key contact between Dow Recruiters, Public Affairs, Sourcing and External Vendors. And you are perceived as a valuable advisor and subject matter expert for Talent Marketing topics.
Responsibilities
