      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and manage all pre-boarding tasks to ensure readiness for new hires
      - Initiate and monitor background checks, drug screens, and I-9 verifications
      - Act as a dedicated point of contact for candidates post-offer, guiding them through the pre-boarding process
      - Partner closely with Recruiters to streamline pre-hire tasks and ensure alignment with hiring timelines
      - Maintain accurate candidate and new hire records in Breezy HR and ADP Workforce Now

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related operations support
      - Proven ability to manage high volumes of administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service mindset
      - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot independently
      - Hands-on experience with Breezy HR and ADP Workforce Now

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in healthcare or a regulated industry
      - Familiarity with onboarding workflows and employment eligibility verification (e.g., I-9, E-Verify)
      - High level of discretion in managing confidential and sensitive information
