Job Description

- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Workday
- 2 years of recruiting or relationship management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources (HR), communications or another relevant field
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned talent partners, including but not limited to university career services, student organizations, veteran organizations and local organizations
- Attend recruiting and branding events on partner sites and virtually to generate leads for full-time and internship roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to effectively support recruiting needs and promote the organizational brand
- Coordinate recruiting event participants with internal teams to ensure subject matter experts from different business areas can attend to help drive talent to the organization
- Conduct internal events for partners (university, veteran, local/regional/national organizations, etc.) throughout the calendar year to help attract talent into the organization
- Communicate effectively with recruiters to support hiring needs
- Lead presentations to candidates on the organization as a whole and business areas that are relevant to the candidate’s interests
- Vet and review candidates from events to determine if they meet the needs for open roles
- Obtain leads and drive candidates to the careers website to increase interest in open roles at the organization
- Share best practices and generate ideas to share at team meetings for the benefit of the team
- Attend local educational events to network and stay up-to-date on current trends in supported field(s)

Job Summary
As a Talent Relationship Manager, you'll serve as the single point of contact for talent partners. You'll be responsible for partnership oversight, external recruiting execution and strategic management of the partners that provide talent pipelines to the organization. You'll attend and visit partner sites, conferences and campuses to boost brand awareness and capture the best candidates.
