      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain relationships across multiple sales channels to drive adoption of Talent solutions
      - Assess client needs through consistent engagement and activity tracking
      - Identify opportunities to expand client use of Talent solutions while maintaining strong relationships
      - Collaborate with internal support and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience
      - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve sales performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field is preferred
      - 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services, preferably within HCM technology or financial services
      - Proven ability to consult with clients, identify needs, and effectively sell solutions
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
