- Design and implement talent intelligence reports to provide actionable insights to the recruitment team and business leaders. Use internal and external data to highlight talent availability, competitive market dynamics, and trends in the labor market.
- Integrate various data sources, including external labor market data, industry trends, and internal recruitment metrics to create a full picture of talent landscapes. Identify the most reliable and valuable data sources for ongoing analysis.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent mapping process, identifying key talent pipelines for critical roles and future organizational needs. Develop targeted strategies to engage with top talent in competitive markets.
- Analyze workforce trends, demographic shifts, and industry changes to forecast talent availability and potential challenges. Provide regular updates on market trends, skills availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor intelligence.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders to understand recruitment needs and translate data into strategies that address hiring goals and challenges. Share regular updates and reports to help refine and adjust recruitment approaches. Provide strong candidates to incorporate for current and future roles.
- Drive continuous improvement of talent intelligence processes by staying updated with new data tools, methods, and best practices in talent acquisition and workforce analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English
- Three years of experience in talent intelligence, workforce analytics, or data analysis within human resources or recruitment
- Experience with talent market research and talent mapping techniques for complex roles with ability to manage large datasets, pull meaningful insights, and present findings to stakeholders
- Proficient in Excel for data manipulation, visualization, and reporting
- Advanced degree or certifications in data analytics or workforce analytics is a plus
