- To contribute to an effective and efficient business and offer administrative support to the Bucks CAMHS targeted team.
- To receive and respond appropriately to external telephone queries.
- To help maintain the workings of an effective database to support the team, involving data input on in-house systems.
- Typing invite letters and discharge letters for the targeted group booking service.
- The post holder will be expected to undertake the Trust's mandatory training courses

Job summary

The post holder will provide administrative support to the Targeted pathway working in the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service. This will include managing a booking system for targeted group work and clerical duties. Additionally, the post holder will facilitate good communication and liaison with patients and their families, colleagues within the Trust and across other organisations.
