What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel to various locations and assume key commercial leadership roles, including Director of Sales and Group Sales Manager
- Execute sales strategies to drive market share and support on-site sales teams
- Ensure smooth transitions during leadership gaps or ramp-up periods
- Build strong relationships and deliver results across multiple hotel brands
- Adapt quickly to new environments and positively influence teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive hotel sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role
- Proven experience working across multiple hotel brands (e.g., Hyatt, Hilton, IHG, Marriott)
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% within the United States
- Strong understanding of hotel sales disciplines, including group, corporate, and catering/event segments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and major hospitality CRM platforms (e.g., Delphi, Salesforce, CI/TY)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Professional demeanor with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
