      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth
      - Oversee operations of the hotel sales department, including direct sales and staff management
      - Execute operational aspects of business booked, including generating proposals and writing contracts
      - Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and key sources for lead generation
      - Represent the hotel at site visits, trade shows, and sales calls to maintain visibility in the community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Sales experience in hospitality or a related field
      - Valid driver's license in the applicable state
      - Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to influence others and negotiate effectively
      - Strong organization and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or certification in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
      - Brand knowledge and connections within the local market
      - Experience with professional selling skills such as opening, probing, supporting, and closing
