What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance occupancy and ADR growth
- Oversee operations of the hotel sales department, including direct sales, hiring, training, and managing staff
- Manage the event coordination for group bookings to ensure a seamless experience for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, third-party planners, and key lead sources
- Represent the hotel at site visits, trade shows, and community events to enhance visibility
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales experience in hospitality or a related field
- Valid driver's license in the applicable state
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
