What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service and support to the reseller customer base, serving as the single point of contact
- Respond to inquiries accurately and timely while maintaining cases within established metrics and KPIs
- Assist in the setup of new tax types/agencies, ensuring compliance and timely receipt of authorizations
- Partner with resellers to resolve unfiled returns, unpaid taxes, and payroll import errors
- Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot issues and assist in resolutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of payroll tax payment and/or filing experience
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong computer and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll tax software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a performance-based environment while demonstrating high ethical standards

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-state and multi-client local taxation experience
- Experience in a Professional Employer Organization (PEO)
- Customer support/service experience
- Established problem resolution and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts effectively
