Job Description

Manage direct, indirect taxes and related tax returns/fulfilments (Income taxes, IRAP, VAT, Withholding taxes, CFC analysis, stamp duties) for EMEA Capri entities ;
Support in transfer pricing documentation, including inter-company agreements, and transfer pricing analysis ;
Monitor tax law development and assess implications for Capri entities ;
Provide tax support and assistance to business partners, with high exposure on marketing related activities ;
Support Capri Tax Group in relationship with the Italian and Foreign Tax Authorities ;
Jointly work with Capri Tax Group on cross-border projects involving EMEA entities ;
Supporting in yearly reporting activities, both for US GAAP and IFRS purposes ;
Manage specific compliance initiatives and projects, e.g. research & development incentives, Industry 4.0. Incentives, Patent Box, etc.
Bachelor's Degree (Business Economics preferred ) ;
5/6 years of experience in a multinational Group tax department or a previous experience in a Big Four firm ;
Chartered Accountant Certification ;
Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken ;
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools ;
Ability to analyse numbers also by strong Excel knowledge and critical approach ;
Strong organisation, problem solving attitude and analytical skills ;
Good communication and flexibility into meeting frequently and suddenly business request ;
A positive, outgoing, high-energy personality able to thrive within a high paced environment.

Your Opportunity:
As Tax Manager, you will manage taxes and returns for EMEA Capri entities, handle transfer pricing documentation, and monitor tax laws. You provide tax support to business partners, assist with tax authority relations and cross-border projects, and support annual US GAAP and IFRS reporting.
