What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain relationships with and advise individual tax clients and businesses
- Manage, research, schedule, supervise, and review tax services/engagements
- Develop and mentor members of the tax team
- Partner with other principals, managers, and directors on tax compliance
- Engage in business development activities to actively sell work and generate revenue
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Current CPA license
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a public accounting and/or professional services firm
- 2+ years in a Senior Leadership role
- Knowledge of AICPA professional standards and GAAP

- Demonstrated ability to manage and build client relationships
