What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist teachers in planning and preparing instructional materials
- Provide support for students in both individual and group settings
- Track and manage student attendance and tardiness
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement behavior management plans
- Conduct data analysis and maintain records related to student performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required
- Minimum of 48 semester hours from a regionally accredited college/university or an Associate's Degree, or 96 CEUs post-2002 with passing scores on Work Keys assessments
- Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) if required for the position
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software

- Experience working with diverse student populations, particularly ESL students
- Familiarity with educational software and data analysis tools
- Prior experience in a school environment or educational support role
- Bilingual skills for assisting non-English speaking students
