What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in performing treatment plans and individual education plan methods specific to each child
- Conduct classroom activities and lesson planning, providing instruction to individual and small groups of students
- Nurture children through one-on-one communication and maintain vigilant supervision
- Reinforce instructional and behavioral objectives to maintain an effective classroom learning environment
- Maintain confidentiality of students and their families while following agency and school policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working in an education or childcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of and ability to use personal computers and office software
- Ability to adapt to a child's behavior physically and verbally as taught by the agency
- Must successfully complete all required background and pre-employment checks
