What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the instruction of essential skills for OSCE/standardized patient exercises
- Provide individualized tutoring and academic advising sessions to students
- Mentor a cohort of students while maintaining close communication and guidance
- Conduct mock clinical skills assessments and support exam preparation
- Collaborate with senior faculty to create academic resources and improve student experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a recent graduate of Ross University School of Medicine
- Must have an M.D. degree and completed all clinical rotations by April 31, 2025
- Must have first attempt passing scores on all three USMLE examinations
- Strong teaching/tutoring skills and experience or evidence of potential
- Excellent communication skills in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Teaching and/or tutoring experience in a healthcare-related field
- Leadership experience in student co-curricular activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience in a team environment and healthcare setting
- Strong academic performance in the RUSM curriculum and USMLE licensing exams preferred
