      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the instruction of essential skills for OSCE/standardized patient exercises in Step 1 preparatory courses
      - Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions, supporting students’ study strategies and progress
      - Mentor a cohort of students, maintaining close communication and providing academic guidance
      - Conduct simulated Mock CS OSCE sessions as standardized patients and assess clinical skills
      - Collaborate with senior faculty to create academic resources that enhance the student experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a recent graduate of Ross University School of Medicine
      - Must have an M.D. degree and completed all clinical rotations by April 31, 2025
      - Must have first attempt passing scores on all three USMLE examinations (Step 1, Step 2 CK, and CS)
      - Strong teaching/tutoring skills and experience, or evidence of potential
      - Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Teaching and/or tutoring experience in a healthcare-related field
      - Mentoring or advising experience in an academic setting
      - Leadership experience in student co-curricular activities
      - Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
      - Strong academic performance in the RUSM curriculum and USMLE licensing exams preferred
