What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist teachers with classroom activities, including daily room setup and material assembly
- Aid children with toileting, hand washing, and meal service, ensuring cleanliness in the classroom
- Lead a minimum of one daily classroom activity with the teacher present
- Participate in planning and goal-setting meetings for children's development
- Provide guidance and discipline for children, implementing behavior management techniques when necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree and less than 1 year of experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Ability to engage and interact positively with children
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in an educational or childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and classroom management techniques
- Familiarity with creating engaging educational activities for children
- Certification in CPR or First Aid
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, to support diverse student populations
