      Contract Type - Open Ended - Full Time - 35 hours per week

      We are looking for a Teaching Office Administrator

      The Opportunity:

      We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive and student focussed Teaching Office Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our Teaching Office.

      You will have recent relevant experience of working in a varied, customer-facing administrative environment with the ability to prioritise tasks and workload. The role will cover many different activities from supporting our students from admission through to graduation and providing an excellent service to our staff.

      We well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills you will be competent and confident in the use of computer software packages including databases, word processing and other data management systems. Candidate should possess a dynamic and proactive approach to their duties alongside a passion for continual enhancement.
