- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in leadership and relationship-building
- Intermediate knowledge of Team Leader functions
- Ability to work from home with a high-speed wi-fi connection

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two years of college education
- Experience in an operations service environment
