- Provide administrative oversight for CCFT therapists to include caseload management, handling of referrals, monitoring productivity, and offering guidance and support (ideally 8-10 administrative staff)
- Provide clinical supervision for therapists as needed including weekly clinical supervision for therapists, crisis management support as needed, and management of a trauma-focused, clinical training program in effective treatment modalities (ideally 3-5 clinical supervisees)
- Attend administrative oversight with Program Coordinator
- Monitor therapy referrals to make ensure there is a disposition within the time frames
- Complete all required reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure appropriate onboarding and training for all new staff
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with other clinical staff and leaders within Centerstone in order to better facilitate services for clients
- Complete random client satisfaction surveys as directed
- Assist in trouble shooting with CCFT therapists to ensure their success in providing services
- Develop strategy for coverage of caseloads when a therapist position is vacant
- Conduct staff evaluations at intervals determined for all staff on the team
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods
- Ability to grow and develop with extensive training opportunities
- A highly accountable, mature professional who listens actively and leads
- Self-motivated individual who can set and meet simultaneous short and long-term performance
- Desire to be a part of a proven leader in the world of behavioral healthcare
- Demonstrates good clinical judgment in decision making regarding consumers
- Applicant must have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology (Clinical), Marriage/Family Therapy or Mental Health Counseling
- Supervisory experience is preferred and/or experience providing behavioral health services with children and teens
- Licensure (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, and LMFT) in the state of Tennessee is preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:SUMMARY OF POSITION
This position will serve as a Team Leader for CCFT/Intensive In-Home with primary responsibilities of supervising a team of CCFT therapists. The Team Leader will report to the Program Coordinator and may also provide clinical supervision as needed. An LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT active license in the state of Tennessee is preferred.
