      Summary: The Digital Transformation team lead oversees and leads Transformation in operations technology. Excluded areas are ICS and process control systems.

      Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
      • Plan and deliver Prescriptive Maintenance Systems using corporate plan. (Aveva PI, Senseye Predictive Maintenance, Connected Worker Technology)
      • Lead teams to develop and carry out Digital Transformation activities for significant transformation projects.
      • Implement user acceptance campaigns for initiatives including technical implementations, digitization, and emerging technologies.
      • Work with plant areas to select projects that will allow the application of digital transformational technologies.
      • Report about concepts related to digital enablement.
      • As needed, connect digital transformation activities with other work streams and make sure they adhere to the project’s overall timeframe and major milestones.
      • Help deliver projects for the growth of practices such as culture-building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc., are led and contributed to.
      • Support our commitment to safety and improved financial performance.
      • Oversee vendors and service providers to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
      • Build business-as-usual runbooks for Digital Transformation projects.
      • Participate in the negotiation of contracts and license pricing.
      • Manage projects to remain within budgeted amounts.
      • Deliver project work across the plant areas.
      • Assist with ICS and process control systems as needed.


      Required Qualifications:
      • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
      • 3+ years of experience working directly with computer technology.
      • 2+ years of leadership experience.
      • Working knowledge of computer systems and how they support effective operations.
      • Maintain technical level of knowledge on newer technologies.
      • Desire to improve processes.


      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Vendor and contract management experience
      • Project planning, management, and analysis experience


      Quantitative Scope:
      • Budget responsibility: $500,000
      • 2 Direct reports, plus many global contractors
