      We are looking for a Team Leader with a service mindset to provide professional service to our customers in the Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

      In this role, you will be at the core of KONE - an everyday hero who makes people's lives easier.

      You will work towards ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance as well as promoting regular and proactive on-site communication to the customer and the people using the equipment. As a team leader, you will be responsible to drive and execute the VA & VB repair activities and manage a team of technicians.

      What will you do?

      • Caring about safety on site by applying good safety practices highlighting proactive risk identification and STOP and GO principles
      • Manage on-site communication with the customer for day to day installation activities with a continuous coordination with the Field Supervisor.
      • Manages the equipment installation environment during installation activities.
      • Performs the reception, checking and storage of materials. Ensures the security of the delivered equipment by means of correct storage and site handling.
      • Carries out the installation according to pre-determined method instruction and schedule
      • Responsible for high quality and timely installation of the equipment following KONE installation methods throughout the installation process described mainly in AM instructions.
      • Is responsible for reporting installation progress to the Field supervisor.
      • Keeps the installation tooling safe and in good condition.
      • Promotes quality feedback forms and proactive contributes to the ongoing improvement of the product by feedback to the supply line.
      • Fast reaction to unexpected events by communication to Field Supervisor.
      • Apply lean principles to avoid interruptions at work and consistently follow and promote huddles initiatives

      Are you the one?

      • ITI/Vocational Certificate course /Diploma Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Automation streams or equivalent.
      • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Preventive Maintenance.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
      • Proficiency in basic IT skills.
      • A solid foundation in digital technologies is essential.
