What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive results aligned with performance metrics, attendance, and productivity goals
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including attendance tracking and queue administration
- Develop, train, and manage team members to enhance their performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in managing a team of work-from-home direct reports
- Experience and knowledge in sales
- A Bachelor's degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a P&C license; bilingual is a major plus
