- Review, research, and resolve payment variances to minimize inappropriate payment discrepancies
- Process payments, refunds, and adjustments
- Utilize basic bookkeeping principles and general business procedures
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Knowledge of consumer collection and billing rules and regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with others in a flexible and cooperative manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet research

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with healthcare billing processes
