All services operated by Xanterra, including lodging, dining, retail, and tour operations, are currently open and continue to operate as planned for the 2025 summer season. Any potential government layoffs within the National Park Service do not impact our positions or job offers.

      Grand Canyon National Park Lodges operates 6 hotels, 7 retail shops, and various restaurants and dining facilities in the historic Grand Canyon Village.       Job Summary:

      As a Team Member you will work to meet our guests’ needs. You may work in one or more of the following positions:

      • Snack Bar Attendant
      • Cafe Worker
      • Host
      • Server Assistant
      • Dishwasher

      The Details:
      Position Type: Seasonal or Year-round
      Pay: $14.70 - $15.55 Depending on the Position
      Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

      Responsibilities

      • Responsible for the completion of a variety of tasks relating to the preparation, service, and cleanup of food for customers.
      • Responsible for creating a clean and exceptional dining experience for our guests.
      • Maintain appearance and uniform standards.
      • Develop a teamwork attitude with all co-workers.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications

      • Ability to follow all policy, procedures and service standards.
      • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and safely with all service and kitchen equipment.
      • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks under pressure while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
      • Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions.

      Physical Requirements include:

      • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours.
      • Must be able to walk for long periods of time.
      • Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
      • Must be able to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods of time.
